Details
The wine has the dark red color with purple hues. It is filled with clear and seducing aromas of forest fruits with predominant hints of prunes and blackberries with a subtle hint of tobacco, coffee, cocoa and vanilla in the background. On the palate it is full-bodied and has a very fine tannin structure. The finish is pretty intense with a fruity character. This wine has a tremendous aging potential.FOOD PAIRING:
The wine goes superbly with red meat, game meat, rich stews, lamb, rich cheeses and chocolate.
