Lievland（直譯為「愛之土地」）是一個讓來訪者都為其田園之美所吸引的農場。這款優雅的乾型玫瑰酒來源於精心挑選的 Lievland 酒莊葡萄園，位於斯泰倫博斯的西蒙斯堡地區。混合比例為 50% Syrah 和 50% Mourvèdre。
口感平滑清新，生動的紅色水果味持續至悠長的餘韻。延長的澱粉接觸賦予酒體質感和豐富性。香氣中有石榴、黑醋栗和蔓越莓的氣息，並伴隨著柑橘皮的微妙氣息及輕微的芬博斯香味，這些都延續到口中。
Lievland, directly translated, means “Love Land” and there are few who come to this farm that aren’t charmed by its bucolic beauty.
This is an elegant dry rose made from the best carefully selected parcels of our Lievland estate vineyards situated in the Simonsberg Region of Stellenbosch. The blend is 50% Syrah and 50% Mourvèdre.
The palate is smooth and fresh with lively red fruits and a lingering finish. Extended lees contact gives the wine texture and richness. Pomegranate, re currant and cranberry notes on the nose all follow through to the palate together with hints of citrus peel and a slight fynbos note.
