Zero Dosage or Brut Natural is a very dry and crisp style. Zero Dosage has the lowest level of dosage (sugar) added of less than 0-3 g/l Residual Sugar or Dosage (so lower in Calories).Pale yellow and clear colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Fine and delicate nose with white flowers, Granny Smith apple and pear aromas.
Frank attack; the palate is dry, supple with some fine and refreshing bubbles, Delicate, with citruses and white fruits notes.
