Deep ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and crisp fruit. With age, notes of undergrowth, spices, tobacco and cocoa beans. In the mouth, a full-bodied wine, rich in body and fruit. Nice fleshy roundness at maturity.Ideal with entrecote, beef and lamb, or simmered poultry. It goes very well with exotic dishes.
