Obtained from hand-picked Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine, aged for 12 months in barriques, has a full ruby red colour with violet hues and good consistency. The nose is clear and intense with fruity and spicy notes, ranging from wild cherries, through liquorice to pepper. Envelopping to the palette, rich, with soft tannin, with a long and fruityfinish.Excellent with meat dishes, Vincisgrassi and with red meat. Serve at 16-18 °C.
