There are new labels at Tabali all talking about soils and soil characteristics. The the line previously known as 'Gran Reserva Especial' is known as 'Vetas Blancas' (white streaks or white veins) and 'Gran Reserva' has been renamed to 'Pedregoso' (stony), both talking about the terroir where the grapes are grown.
Deep red, almost black with hints of violet. Elegant and complex on the nose, plenty of spices, black fruit and chocolate. Nice and smooth tannins in the palate with a perfect integration between the oak and the fruit. Long and elegant finish.
