Details
Pale-yellow colour with golden hints. Fine and very expressive, showing yellow fruit scents combined with dried fruit aromas. Well-balanced, pleasantly combining freshness, fruitiness and a note of biscuit in the background. The finish is rich and full on the tongue.Food Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif or with desserts or salmon canapés.

There’s a lovely lift and complexity led by scents of lees, fruit spice, apple, and white stone fruits, followed by a layer of grapefruit-like citrus. A complete wine on the nose. Equally lovely on the palate, with plush textures from the mousse and core white-fleshed fruits. The acid line brings a saline quality, an earthy white-stone character, and flavours of baked goods. Well-made and ready to drink from the day of purchase through to 2029.
