Obtained from hand-picked Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine, aged for 12 months in barriques, has a full ruby red colour with violet hues and good consistency. The nose is clear and intense with fruity and spicy notes, ranging from wild cherries, through liquorice to pepper. Envelopping to the palette, rich, with soft tannin, with a long and fruityfinish.

Excellent with meat dishes, Vincisgrassi and with red meat. Serve at 16-18 °C.

Altea Barbera is full-bodied and superbly proportioned. Clean bouquet, hints of dark chocolate and red cherry. Dry & a pleasantly bitter after taste.

Obtained from hand-picked Vernaccia Nera grapes, this wine has an intense and lively ruby red colour. The nose is complex with hints of wild cherries and plums, and enriched with black pepper and a delicate balsamic note. To the palette, with its sweet spices and delicate tannins, it reveals itself to be pleasantly fresh and elegant.

With its particular characteristics it accompanies savoury and spicy dishes, meat starters and matured cheeses. Serve at 14-16 °C.

Dark red in color. Intense and complex on the nose, with spices and ripe red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and plums mixed with aromas of blackberries and anise.

The palate is juicy and powerful with velvety-soft tannins and a long finish.

Deep notes of spice, cacao and vanilla on the nose. The palate presents excellent freshness with hints of red fruit, rounded out by slight salinity and finishing with medium, elegant length.
Food pairing Roast chicken, juicy cuts of red meat such as bone-in shoulder of lamb, or mature cheeses.
