A lightly sparkling cider of medium sweetness with rich mellow flavours typical of English bittersweet apples. Fermented from freshly pressed juice and allowed to mature over the winter, this is a wonderful example of the art and tradition of English cider making.

Jan Fiskaal (fiscal shrike) is a small bird with a fierce reputation for driving out pests in the vineyards.
