Domaine Gayda Figure Libre Chenin Blanc is golden in colour with reflections of green. A nose that is both floral and fruity gives great complexity, freshness and minerality. Well balanced with a purity of fruit enhanced by its roundness and length. A pleasantly fresh finish.

In fire-fighting parlance, a “tillerman” steers the back of a hook & ladder truck. Our founder, Cecil De Loach, held this position in the San Francisco Fire Department. The Tillerman red blend exhibits a deep purple, with notes of ripe wild berries, black cherry, and baking spices on the nose. Layered flavors of black currant and raspberry lead to a long finish of spice and dusty cocoa.

A hot year, allowing the grapes to reach excellent maturity, which gave smooth wines, characterized by a dark, intense and deep color. The nose is complex, fruity, floral and fresh. The aromas of fresh figs, blackberries, red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, as well as the noble violet characterize this great vintage. Tasting delighted by the power, richness, volume and density of each sip. Endowed with a very great balance, it is the alliance of power and delicacy, maturity and freshness.

Obtained from hand-picked Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine, aged for 12 months in barriques, has a full ruby red colour with violet hues and good consistency. Cabernet Sauvignon is the signature varietal and this particular wine is the bedrock of our winery. This award-winning Cabernet is blended with traditional Bordeaux varietals grown on the farm. This wine displays a rich palate, a long finish, and fine tannins typical of a Jonkershoek Valley wine.

Howard Park 'Miamup' Margaret River Cabernet, is a well made medium-bodied wine, matured for 18 months in French oak barriques Deep garnet in colour with classic cabernet aromas of mint, violets, savoury dry herbs and blackcurrant.

The palate is fresh and bright, with red berries and plums, and a fine acid structure. While the juicy freshness makes this an enjoyable wine to drink young, it’s good balance between fruit weight, tannin and oak suggests the wine will age gracefully.

A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, split equally, with 2% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The vines are closely planted and are on average over 25 years old. This single-vineyard iconic Cabernet is based on a high elevation vineyard site (350m). GRAPE VARIETY Negroamaro, Syrah and Cabernet

The color is deep ruby. On the nose, fresh aromas evoke cherry, strawberry syrup and caddy wood from the Clapière terroir, with an additional complexity brought by time: hot stone, havana and black pepper.
On the palate, a lot of volume with soft and reassuring tannins.

Its dress shines with a deep garnet. The nose of currants and ripe blueberries is already expressive. On the palate, it is a very nice balance between energetic and lively fruits and pleasant and round tannins.

The "Donnaluce" by Poggio le Volpi is a white wine from local grapes, late harvest. The aromatic profile is concentrated on tropical fruits, vanilla, almonds and honey. The taste is elegant and smooth, with great fineness and good persistence.

It is the vines that take root in a steep, weathered slate soil in Rotliegend and produce very aromatic small berries. An impressively slate spicy note that combines with a certain saltiness and a hint of mint and lemon balm. There is still no indication of any residual sweetness in the Riesling.
