Delicate but with a rich bouquet, characterised by to ripe red and dark fruit, then distinguished by oriental spices, such as cardamom, pepper and cumin. In the mouth it is warm, soft and balanced, long in persistence.

Less quinine, with the addition of rosemary and lemon thyme, produces a much lighter, more fragrant tonic.
