The maturity of the Pinot Noir provides a very slightly pink of colour with ambers highlights. A greedy nose with some floral notes ,a slight hints of spices. It develops in the mouth fruit roasts rather concentrated and a length leaving a tasty feeling of fullness.

Its complex nose discloses floral and fruity notes such as pink grapefruit. The palate is well-balanced and persistant, the sign of an outstanding wine. It can be aged for 3 to 5 years. After a few years in the cellar, the Cuvée Marie Ambal will develop more intense notes of fig and brioche.
