The maturity of the Pinot Noir provides a very slightly pink of colour with ambers highlights. A greedy nose with some floral notes ,a slight hints of spices. It develops in the mouth fruit roasts rather concentrated and a length leaving a tasty feeling of fullness.

This whiskey was matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. Laying a smooth, sweet foundation of vanilla, honey and butterscotch flavours. It was then transferred into a grand cru Burgundy cask.
