Roma Bianco echoes the luxury and splendor of the times of Ancient Rome. The Roma Doc Bianco is produced from Malvasia Puntinata in purity, raised on the volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani, that are also among the main grapes for the production of the Frascati Superiore Docg. This whiskey was matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. Laying a smooth, sweet foundation of vanilla, honey and butterscotch flavours. It was then transferred into a grand cru Burgundy cask. Steeped in full-bodied pinot noir wine, this cask added rich berry notes, a slight earthiness and the beautifully complex woody spices of French Oak.

This whiskey was matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. Laying a smooth, sweet foundation of vanilla, honey, butterscotch and toffee flavours. It was then transferred into a French oak calvados XO cask. This cask had previously held apple brandy for over six years, steeping it in orchard fruit flavours, while the French oak itself comes through with characteristic, beautifully-complex woody spices.
