Flying Solo celebrates the intrepid ‘Aéropostale’ pilots who risked life and limb to ensure postal deliveries in the 1920s.

This whiskey was matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. Laying a smooth, sweet foundation of vanilla, honey and butterscotch flavours. It was then transferred into a grand cru Burgundy cask. Steeped in full-bodied pinot noir wine, this cask added rich berry notes, a slight earthiness and the beautifully complex woody spices of French Oak.

This whiskey was matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. Laying a smooth, sweet foundation of vanilla, honey, butterscotch and toffee flavours. It was then transferred into a French oak calvados XO cask. This cask had previously held apple brandy for over six years, steeping it in orchard fruit flavours, while the French oak itself comes through with characteristic, beautifully-complex woody spices.

This small village, part of the Chalonnais vineyards and located between the villages of Chagny and Rully, is renowned for its white wines made from the Aligoté grape. It is the first and only Village Appellation made from this grape variety.

This Bouzeron has a golden colour with intense yellow reflections. The nose reveals citrus aromas with mineral notes. On the palate, aromas of white fruits mingle with acidulous notes to give a nice length.
