The latest addition to the Domaine Gayda estate’s collection is a limited edition range designed as an ode to Domaine Gayda’sspirit of creativity and inventiveness.Inspired by The Passenger, the classic pop-rock anthem by Iggy Pop, its inherently restless character is expressed through a red and a white wine that are made from a different vineyard, terroir and grape variety every vintage, underscoring its ephemeral nature.
This ‘rolling stone’ concept is clearly mirrored in thelabelling of En Passant with constantly changing imagery designed as a storyboard.
Our quest for taste continues through this new blend. Our new Syrah vines are associated with Cinsault for pure indulgence and epicurean pleasure.
Syrah harvested at full maturity of the fruit to express its richness and associated with Cinsault in whole bunches for its bright and lifted fruit.
