Obtained from hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine, aged for 12 months in barriques, presents an intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Broad and complex nose, fruity with small fruits of the forest and hints of vanilla, tobacco and liquorice. Full and elegant to the palette with spicy notes and pure breed tannins that offer a long and winning finish.Excellent with important meat dishes, including more elaborate recipes like braised beef.
