Established in Burgundy since the Gallo-Roman period, the Mâconnais vineyards received a strong boost from the powerful abbeys of Cluny and Tournus. Cultivated on hillsides, the vines flourish on brown limestone and granite soils that are perfectly suited to Pinot Noir and Gamay. This environment gives the wine its structure, finesse and elegance. This Mâcon reveals, on the nose, aromas of crunchy red fruits. On the palate, it is balanced between roundness and freshness with both delicious notes and floral touches.
