Dark ruby red and bright. Intense and complex on the nose with sensations of ripe red and black fruits like cherries in alcohol, plum, wild berries, then spicy notes as cardamom, china, nutmeg and black pepper, followed by blue flowers and underbrush, and a very pleasant balsamic note in the end.

Smooth in the mouth, pleasantly tannic, great in the aromatic progression, well balanced, elegant and very long in persistence.

The Schmitges Treppchen GG is crafted in a natural granite barrel, enhancing its terroir expression. This wonderfully intense Riesling showcases remarkable complexity and depth. On the palate, it offers a dense, steel-like character with a textured richness, highlighting the slate layers of its terroir. The slate-rich soil's essence means you can literally taste the slate layer here.

This Rully has a concentrated purplish red colour with intense reflections. It reveals a nose of small red fruits with notes of toast. The mouth is round with fine and silky tannins.

This single-vineyard iconic Cabernet is based on a high elevation vineyard site (350m). The finely textured decomposed granite soil, cooler temperatures, and ample winter rainfall creates perfect growing conditions for premium Cabernet. The wine is characterized by its silky tannin structure and unique floral notes. Since its maiden vintage in 2000, this has been one of South Africa’s most consistently awarded Cabernets.

This Rully 1er Cru Grésigny is a wine of great finesse with a beautiful substance. On the palate, its salinity is combined with aromas of flint and spices.

The Pralat is certainly one of the classics and the highest rated locations in the Moselle. Once you stand in front of the vineyard, it rises with its enormous slope and in the steepest part you seem to be standing in front of a wall of vineyards. The result is a particularly powerful but also finely spicy Riesling. It shows up tightly and precisely in the glass. It smells of green apples, lemons and pineapple. The aging on the full yeast, in large wooden barrels, ensures a certain suppleness.

In the glass the wine appears ruby red with garnet hues. The nose reveals aromas of berry jam, as well as spicy notes of vanilla. The sip is warm and soft, with velvety tannins and a long persistence.

This Riserva is perfect in combination with roasts, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.

Beautiful yellow colour. Intense and fresh with mineral aromas, enhanced by flower and citrus notes. Well balanced and expressive in mouth ending in a rich, refreshing and harmonious finish.

From our steepest, south-facing parcel, within the Erdener Treppchen. Exclusively grapes were selected with at least 50% noble rot and gently pressed on a small, old basket press. The result: Very expressive finesse sweet wine. Storage potential of at least 20 years!

This Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Combes au Sud” has a lovely golden color with green highlights. It reveals a nose with a complex aromatic bouquet, with aromas of white flowers and gunflint at the beginning, then a nose that opens with aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits. It reveals an elegant and complex palate, where the aromas, a beautiful tension and minerality are found.
