Golden with emerald reflections, the dress is limpid and of a very beautiful brightness.Complex and refined, we find notes of white flowers (accacia, hawthorn) associated with notes of fruits such as apple or hazelnut.The whole is raised by woody notes or toasted bread.
A mellow, creamy taste where the acidity, still in place, gives a lot of freshness and subtlety (typical of the great Chardonnay of Burgundy).Good evolution, good maintenance and beautiful typicity.
