'Best Rated Pinot Noir of South America'Decanter
Tabalí has always produced svelte Pinot Noir and the new Pai wine is next level. Fine pedigree masal selections from Vosne-Romanée and Gevrey-Chambertin (the first in Chile) were planted on a steep slope of fractured limestone in cool, coastal Limarí. The result is mouthwatering: fine-tuned chalky tannins with notes of gun flint, earth, tart red cherries and flowers. Brava! | Drinking Window 2021 - 2035
Amanda Barnes - Decanter: My top 10 South American wines of 2021
The nose is attractive with brooding cherry fruit, floral lift and an underlying stoney minerality. The palate shows elegance with delicious red berry fruits, layered upon precise minerality and freshness. It’s a very long and clean wine with extremely fine, chalky tannins.
