Aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottles, before it´s released on the market.Taste: Taste of red and black fruits matures, with jam, soft in the mouth with very good tannins and structure, lingering after taste.
The quality improves during the first 8 years. This being the recommended maximum storage time.
Food Pairing: Red meats, sausages, roast pork loin with chestnuts.
