Aging for at least 2 years, of which at least 9 months in wood, which gives great character and aromatic complexity.

Wine with a garnet red color. On the nose spicy hints of coffee, licorice, vanilla. In the mouth it is full-bodied and reveals its aging in a harmonious and velvety way.

Perfect match with red meat, game, mushrooms, mature and tasty cheeses. It has great potential for bottle aging. Serve at 18-20°C
