A dry Pinot Gris from the Rheinhessen in Germany that is competitive with the great ones from Alsace. Intense, bright citrus and pear fruit, and refreshingly acidic. Made from a single vineyard, using only the free run juice of the ripest grapes, and is matured in old neutral oak barrels.

Light yellow, with a mild peach nose. On the palate the wine matches the nose with soft stone fruit and peach notes.
On the finish the wine displays a crisp and dry minerality. This is a lovely varietal pinot gris, a perfect food friendly, summer wine
