Our Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Vigne au Roy Rouge has a magnificent colour, with a nose of blackcurrant, blackcurrant buds, very floral. More fruity on the palate, with aromas of small berries, such as raspberry, an energetic and greedy wine with a touch of mint. Nice structure on the finish.

A straight forward ruby red colour, slightly tinged with mauve highlights. Aromas of small red fruits. Pleasant and firm texture, round and flattering on the palate, carried by an ice acidity that allows it to age a little.

Purplish red color with intense reflections. Nose with black fruit aromas, cherry type. In mouth, we find notes of small fruits, which makes it a very greedy wine.

Patriarche Pere et Fils, Volnay. Soft vermilion and bright ruby, the bouquet is typical violets, black cherries and blackcurrant intermixed with woody or animal notes. A mellow taste with light tannins and smooth and silky texture
Aged in 50% new oak and 50% one year old barrels for 15 months and is drinkable right away.

This Pommard, with its intense ruby colour, presents aromas of candied red fruits on the nose. On the palate, its structured aromatic richness blends with notes of small black fruits and provides a powerful finish.

Amora of cherry and prune flesh evolving on notes of forest floor and vanilla. Elegance and a structure of lovely finesse. Well match with grilled or cooked in sauce meat and cheese.

Patriarche Chambolle-Musigny is bright ruby hue. The nose is of fruit flavours raised by woody notes.
Well structured, with the typical finesse of this appellation and silky tannins culminating in a lingering finish.

Les Cailles is a Premier Cru climat in the southern part of the Cote de Nuits, within the appellation of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Intense purple color, sometimes tending to mauve, the red often evokes rose and licorice. Aromas of youth: cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant. Aromas of maturity: leather, truffle, fur, game. Notes of macerated fruits (prune). Vigorous and full-bodied, it has body and chewiness, on a balanced and robust structure. Long in the mouth, the
maturity rounds it out in a sensual and racy way.

Ideal with roasted lamb, prime rib, duck breast or game. Can be served with certain fish such as carp in matelotte
with red wine or cheese.

Intense ruby red colour, limpid and brilliant.
Opulent nose with lot of red fruits (cherry, wild strawberry, red currant and raspberry). Some fur and spicy notes complete this bouquet.
A lot of volume in the mouth with some expressive tannins that gives a tasty texture and an exciting complexity.

Vosne-Romanée is a small commune in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits district. It took the suffix Romanée in 1866 in honor of its most prized vineyard, La Romanée.
