This Cuvee has a fine pale primrose colour, full of energy. With attractive fruit and flowers together on the nose, this has the full-on density of classic village Meursault, with a sense of the nuttiness which will develop with time in bottle. The acid balance is just right too.

Pale yellow gold with aromas of toasted hazelnuts, butter, honey and stone fruits. Exceptional depth and complexity.

This wine is a bright gold colour with greenish highlights, becoming more intense with age. The bouquet brings together hawthorn blossoms, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, amber, lemon-grass and green apple. Milky (butter, hot croissant) and mineral aromas (flint) are commonplace, as is honey. Body and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. This wine combines grace with a well defined character and a remarkable concentration.

Genevrieres is a Premier Cru-rated climat of the Meursault appellation in the Cote de Beaune.It is planted entirely to Chardonnay and is one of Meursault's larger and better-known vineyard sites.

This golden-yellow wine has an intense nose with citrus aromas such as lemon and grapefruit, with floral and woody notes due to its ageing in barrel. On the palate, this rich and delicious wine reveals a perfect balance between its smoothness and its freshness. A salivating finish with a beautiful length where nutty and fruity noses are revealed.

This Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Combes au Sud” has a lovely golden color with green highlights. It reveals a nose with a complex aromatic bouquet, with aromas of white flowers and gunflint at the beginning, then a nose that opens with aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits. It reveals an elegant and complex palate, where the aromas, a beautiful tension and minerality are found.

Patriarche Meursault, light gold. On the nose, oak ageing gives notes of dried fruits and vanilla with ripe lemon. The palate is well-structured and supported by remarkable freshness. Focused, full and persistent across the palate.

Aquarius Chardonnay displays an elegance of light gold and creamy apple-lemon brulee aromas. Maintaining a crisp, yet silken palate of butterscotch and citrus notes, this chardonnay finishes firmly with hints of tangy mandarin and light-toasted almond.

Cloudy Bay Te Koko has full bodied palate of citrus fruits with the richer flavours of caramel and nougat, leading to a crisp yet spicy finish.
Able to age for up to five years, this wine an ideal partner to tuna, oysters and poached fish.

The Pralat is certainly one of the classics and the highest rated locations in the Moselle. Once you stand in front of the vineyard, it rises with its enormous slope and in the steepest part you seem to be standing in front of a wall of vineyards. The result is a particularly powerful but also finely spicy Riesling. It shows up tightly and precisely in the glass. It smells of green apples, lemons and pineapple. The aging on the full yeast, in large wooden barrels, ensures a certain suppleness.

This Rully 1er Cru Grésigny is a wine of great finesse with a beautiful substance. On the palate, its salinity is combined with aromas of flint and spices.

A soft and creamy flavor, the acidity still gives it a lot of freshness and subtlety. Good evolution, maintenance, typical of a great Chardonnay.

A wine of fine structure, gentle fruit and bright acid, Marchand & Burch Villages Chardonnay is sourced from our Mount Barrow vineyard in the Mount Barker sub-region of the Great Southern.

This Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune has a pale gold color. It reveals aromas of citrus fruits, candied fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it is rich and powerful, with subtle woody and mineral touches typical of its partial maturation in barrel. The finish has a nice acidity and vivacity.

Single Vineyard PAPA Chardonnay from the Awatere Valley is a lively, elegant, serious Chardonnay.
The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and hand-picked. The fruit is then whole bunch pressed to seasoned French oak and fermented with indigenous yeast and aged 14 months

The palate is elegant in proportion, but very concentrated with fresh, bright citrus fruits that have a luscious note, some tropical fruit hints, nutty oak and racy, minerally acidity. Very fine textures carry the line to a long nutty, toast infused citrus fruit finish.

Match with grilled seafood and poultry

The nose is very elegant and subtly scented with floral notes, dry white fruits and spices, and has a slightly mineral note in the background. It is very elegant in the mouth, creamy but very fresh at the same time. An exquisite acidity is induced by the cold nightly mountain breezes. This is a mountain Viognier, unique in its kind.

This wine is elegant, harmonious and lively. On the nose, aromas of citrus and yellow fruit are accompanied by a light woody touch. Dense mouth, fine tannins and a finish on the firestone. It is a precise, energetic wine with good tension.

Our Mâcon-Igé "Grand Terroir" offers a perfect harmony between freshness and fruit aromas. Its woody notes show a good ageing potential. On the palate we find intense and well-balanced notes evoking a beautiful vivacity.

From the famous House Patriarche Pere & Fils in Burgundy, this white wine is immensely enjoyable and a definite crowd-pleaser. Patriarche Bourgogne Chardonnay, has lovely fresh and juicy citrus and peach fruit with a nicely rounded finish.

Serve at 10°C. Great on its own, for a bbq, a cheese, appetizers or fish.

The old vines were fermented in large wood and then matured in granite natural stone barrels.

It tastes like crisp stone and pome fruit and a hint of pineapple. On the palate, the wine is powerful and concentrated with impressive depth and fruit. This Riesling is absolutely fine and balanced, taut in its acidity, which mixes with mineral liveliness and of course with the saltiness so typical of the Moselle.

With its slate soil as the basis, this single site creates finely spicy and characterful Riesling wines. Paired with a wonderful natural residual sweetness, this late harvest unfolds its full aroma on the palate in a play of ripe golden-yellow fruits and ends in an intense, animating finish.

The Auslese vinified from this location with weathered slate is reminiscent of lemon, lime, grapefruit and a hint of sweetness that lies above all the other flavors. The ripe fruit of the vintage is evident on the palate. But even if the wine initially appears sweet, it quickly becomes clearer and finer. Structures itself with air and leaves room for the fine acidity, as well as the lively mineral note that this selection possesses.

This Chablis has a brilliant golden colour. It reveals an expressive nose with citrus aromas. A fresh and supple wine which reveals aromas of fleshy fruits as well as floral notes. An elegant and mineral finish carried by saline notes.

This small village, part of the Chalonnais vineyards and located between the villages of Chagny and Rully, is renowned for its white wines made from the Aligoté grape. It is the first and only Village Appellation made from this grape variety.

This Bouzeron has a golden colour with intense yellow reflections. The nose reveals citrus aromas with mineral notes. On the palate, aromas of white fruits mingle with acidulous notes to give a nice length.

The "Donnaluce" by Poggio le Volpi is a white wine from local grapes, late harvest. The aromatic profile is concentrated on tropical fruits, vanilla, almonds and honey. The taste is elegant and smooth, with great fineness and good persistence.

This aromatic white blend is made from a single vineyard block which consists of 4 different grape varietals. The grapes were planted with the specific intention of creating this unique blend. Roussanne and Viognier add richness and texture, while Chenin Blanc and Verdelho add bright fruit and acidity. The wine is delicately oaked, and handled as carefully and naturally as possible.

Our Bourgogne Aligoté proudly represents the most prestigious appellations of Burgundy, thanks to the selection of plots of Aligoté from the Côte Chalonnaise in the village of Bouzeron. This gives it a freshness with round and greedy notes. With a very floral nose, it releases aromas of acacia flowers and notes of yellow lemon.

This Bourgogne Chardonnay is a perfect introduction to the most prestigious appellations of Burgundy, thanks to the selection of beautiful parcels of Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. Fruit, floral and spice notes of bush lime, lemon myrtle, native frangipani and star anise make for an enticing bouquet. It is the vines that take root in a steep, weathered slate soil in Rotliegend and produce very aromatic small berries. An impressively slate spicy note that combines with a certain saltiness and a hint of mint and lemon balm. There is still no indication of any residual sweetness in the Riesling. This only shows up on the palate when the wine fans out and reveals its creamy, silky texture. This is a wine for lovers of fine, elegant Riesling with a perfect interplay of fruit and acidity.

The vibrating acidity and fully concentrated fruit provide a lively, long lasting finish. Rich flavours of peaches and melon perfectly balances out the residual sweetness.

This wine is representative of the versatility of old vine Chenin Blanc for which South Africa has built up a strong reputation. Roma Bianco echoes the luxury and splendor of the times of Ancient Rome. The Roma Doc Bianco is produced from Malvasia Puntinata in purity, raised on the volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani, that are also among the main grapes for the production of the Frascati Superiore Docg. It is an ancient variety very interesting for its aromatic quality and mineral expression, it gives a bright color to the wines, a great flavor and at the same time structure and softness.

Grape: Malvasia Puntinata

The cool weather of the Awatere Valley brings out the brilliant aromatics in Pinot Gris. The bouquet of our 2018 is a beautiful compilation of spicy pear, nashi, bright fruit and ginger. The palate is rich, oily and viscous with the bright, fresh acidity it is known for.

Light yellow, with a mild peach nose. On the palate the wine matches the nose with soft stone fruit and peach notes.
On the finish the wine displays a crisp and dry minerality. This is a lovely varietal pinot gris that is competitive with the great ones from Alsace

Eminence is a complex and layered wine. This wine offers bright aromas of lime and green apple layered with vanilla and caramel notes from the oak. The rich flavours of the wine are perfectly balanced by refreshing and crisp acidity. The finish is lingering and smooth.

An elegant wine with a finely concentrated palate displaying aromatic white and yellow stonefruits lifted by exotic florals, rose-petal elements and complex nutty and flinty nuances. The wine shows excellent fruit intensity and silky texture, leading to a lingering smooth finish.
