Vosne-Romanée is a small commune in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits district. It took the suffix Romanée in 1866 in honor of its most prized vineyard, La Romanée.

Les Cailles is a Premier Cru climat in the southern part of the Cote de Nuits, within the appellation of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Intense purple color, sometimes tending to mauve, the red often evokes rose and licorice. Aromas of youth: cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant. Aromas of maturity: leather, truffle, fur, game. Notes of macerated fruits (prune). Vigorous and full-bodied, it has body and chewiness, on a balanced and robust structure. Long in the mouth, the
maturity rounds it out in a sensual and racy way.

Ideal with roasted lamb, prime rib, duck breast or game. Can be served with certain fish such as carp in matelotte
with red wine or cheese.

Brilliant, deep red colour. Expressive and aromatic nose dominated by notes of ripe red fruits. Delicately oaked on the palate with notes of cherry and sweet spices. A long finish with silky tannins.

Patriarche Chambolle-Musigny is bright ruby hue. The nose is of fruit flavours raised by woody notes.

This Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Combes au Sud” has a lovely golden color with green highlights. It reveals a nose with a complex aromatic bouquet, with aromas of white flowers and gunflint at the beginning, then a nose that opens with aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits. It reveals an elegant and complex palate, where the aromas, a beautiful tension and minerality are found.

This Pommard, with its intense ruby colour, presents aromas of candied red fruits on the nose. On the palate, its structured aromatic richness blends with notes of small black fruits and provides a powerful finish.

Patriarche Pere et Fils, Volnay. Soft vermilion and bright ruby, the bouquet is typical violets, black cherries and blackcurrant intermixed with woody or animal notes. A mellow taste with light tannins and smooth and silky texture

This Rully 1er Cru Grésigny is a wine of great finesse with a beautiful substance. On the palate, its salinity is combined with aromas of flint and spices.

This Chardonnay opens with a quiet intensity of fresh Golden Delicious apples and ripe pears scents, followed by hints of baking bread, allspice and mandarin peel. Our Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Vigne au Roy Rouge has a magnificent colour, with a nose of blackcurrant, blackcurrant buds, very floral. More fruity on the palate, with aromas of small berries, such as raspberry, an energetic and greedy wine with a touch of mint. Nice structure on the finish.
