The color of Château Mercier is concentrated, with a dark heart. Intense, the first nose exudes aromas of blackcurrant and violet that let a powdery floral of almond hinting at lilac blossom. The whole leaves an impression of delicacy and softness. The attack on the palate is round and concentrated, but gives way to a lovely fruity freshness. The mid-palate is velvety and delicate. The finish, elongated, is airy and elegant.

This is an exceptionally lively wine. Well-rounded, with a full, smooth texture and molten tannins. Ful of fruit with a subtle note of spice -absolutely delightful.

Food pairings: Home made terrines, rack of lamb with thyme, duck with root vegetables, grilled beef, dishes served in sauce and mature cheeses.

This wine is very balanced on the palate with noticeable but mellow tannins and nice acidity. The ultimate easy-to-drink wine. There commended food-and-wine pairing: most meats, but it also makes an interesting match with boards of charcuterie.

On the nose, this wine is magnificently fruity and precise. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small blue fruits and berries, combined with very fine touches of sweet spices/nutmeg.

On the palate, it is fruity, well balanced, rather juicy and quite frank. The aromas found are those of juicy blackberries, crunchy blackcurrant and a slight spiciness.

The wine has a pleasant aftertaste.

Hubert de Bouard Cabernet Franc goes well with grilled meats, stews, tomato dishes or pastas, baked dishes with meat and vegetables.

A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, split equally, with 2% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The vines are closely planted and are on average over 25 years old. Showing a classic Médoc character, the grapes for the wine are pressed in an old vertical press and after small, relatively low temperature batch fermentations, the wines are aged in French oak: 20% new. Ripe, complex fruit character with a fleshy palate and integrated oak spice.

A hot year, allowing the grapes to reach excellent maturity, which gave smooth wines, characterized by a dark, intense and deep color. The nose is complex, fruity, floral and fresh. The aromas of fresh figs, blackberries, red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, as well as the noble violet characterize this great vintage. Tasting delighted by the power, richness, volume and density of each sip. Endowed with a very great balance, it is the alliance of power and delicacy, maturity and freshness.

The nose is slightly powerful/rich. It reveals notes of cassis and fresh wild blackberry associated with slightnotes of Cuben pepper, spices, cacao, woody notes as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background) and undergrowth.

The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful mineral/juicy frame, a slight acidity as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy black cherry and slight notes of plum, raspberry associated with a discreet hint of red berries as well as slight hints of spices and toastedoak/sweet spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length.

Deep ruby/purple color, it has beautiful mulberry and sweet black cherry fruit, silky tannins, and a ripe medium to full-bodied opulence and terrific purity and depth. Drink over the next decade.

80% Merlot ; 10% Cabernet Franc ; 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

A ripe and rich wine with plum, dark cherry and plenty of earthy notes. The palate is full yet with elegance and feels fresh on the long satisfying finish.

The wine will partner well with roast pork and sautéed potatoes, and some good cheese.

The wine reflects all the wonderful elegance of great Graves – smooth tannin, refined cedar and raspberry
aromas, great finesse on the nose and the palate, and lovely aromatic complexity.

Grape varieties : 49% merlot, 40% cabernet sauvignon, 7% cabernet franc

Dark in color, this wine delivers seducing notes of red and black currant. Cabernet driven, the powerful mouth offers the right balance between the freshness of red fruits and a well-integrated structure. A wine that will pair perfectly with a roasted beef or a Lamb Confit

Chateau La Truffe is an elegant wine, with silky-smooth tannins, and subtle, delicate aromas. A toasted nose, underlined with vanille and a fresh, fruit-rich palate. Made of 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc.

"By Clinet" is a wine wrapped in layers of deep garnet. Complex flavours of dry red fruit, prune and Melanosporum truffle intertwine on the nose. Gentle, fruity and well-balanced on the palate, it develops into a lush aromatic palette of cranberry, redcurrant and fresh plum with hints of fresh hazelnut. A pure expression of the power and charm of the Pomerol terroir.

Croix de Beauséjour offers lots of currants and darker fruits, with a beautiful earthiness and tobacco character. It's medium-bodied, supple, and rounded on the palate, yet has plenty of density and depth.
